Where do you ship?

We ship only within the United States, and standard shipping is free on every US order.

How long does delivery take?

Processing normally takes 1-2 business days, followed by 4-6 business days in transit. A tracking number is provided after shipment.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. No-reason returns and exchanges may be requested within 30 days after delivery, subject to the exclusions in our Refund Policy. Corkcicle pays approved return shipping and provides a prepaid return label or an equivalent free-return arrangement.

When will my refund appear?

Approved refunds return to the original payment method and normally appear within 5-10 business days after issuance.

Can I cancel an order?

You may request cancellation before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Available methods may include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. Payments are processed in USD.
