About Credit/Debit Card

Orders are charged in US dollars (USD). The store may accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover when those methods are displayed at checkout.

Authorization and Declines

By submitting an order, you authorize the payment provider to validate and charge the selected method. An authorization may appear before the final charge. A declined, expired, mismatched, or incomplete payment may delay or prevent order processing.

Security

Payment details are handled securely by authorized payment providers using their technical and fraud-prevention controls. Corkcicle does not ask customers to send full card details by email.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first about an unrecognized or disputed charge so we can investigate. Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse may be contested with relevant transaction and delivery evidence.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Financial institutions typically post the credit within 5-10 business days after it is issued.

Taxes

Taxes are charged as required by applicable law and are shown during checkout when applicable.
