Refund Policy

Corkcicle accepts no-reason returns and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility

Returned products should be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging when available. Customized items, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Corkcicle pays return shipping for approved no-reason returns and exchanges as well as returns involving damage, defects, or other quality issues. Contact akhaurataher124@gmail.com before sending an item so we can provide return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Refunds and Exchanges

After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions typically post refunds within 5-10 business days. Exchanges are shipped after the returned item is accepted, subject to availability.
